BluEpoch
This is currently our primary project and is intent on enhancing the ability for local businesses to get on the web. We our currently setting up basic packages for any business to launch their own website without minimal cost and time. Through working with local web developers and web designers, we hope to get as many local businesses online in 2010 as possible. Another aspect of this project is to enhance local business and community websites to allow anyone to find events, offerings, and other opportunities in the area. We believe by facilitating communication on the internet, people and businesses can build a stronger sense of community and a stronger economy can flourish.

Summary of project goals:

• Enhance localized online community communication and information resources
• Encourage the use of Open Source solutions by local businesses
• Develop resources to make it easier for businesses to get online
• Encourage the continued funding of useful Open Source solutions
• Develop a community based nonprofit website to enhance local communication between individuals and businesses
• Facilitate local commerce and highlight innovative solutions
